Guidelines for Admission

Before seeking admission for his/her ward in the school, the guardian is expected to go through the following rules:

• Admission will be confined to classes only where there is a vacancy. Parents, who want to get their children admitted in the school, should get their names registered in the school's office by filling the Registration form. Registration only makes the child eligible for interaction and does not guarantee admission.
• After the submission of the registration form, the selected candidate will be called for a written test & interview.
• The eligibility of the candidate purely depends upon the performance of the candidate in the test.
• Eligibility for admission to Pre-Nursery class is between 2.5 to 3.3 years, for Nursery 3.4 to 4 years, for LKG - 4 to 5 years and for U.K.G - 5 to 6 years as on 31st March of the concerned academic year.
• Admission to the pre primary level is done for the elementary branch and the child is automatically shifted to class I in the main branch after he/she clears U.K.G.
• Since the number of students in each class is limited, admission will be made strictly on merit for senior classes.
• Parents/Guardians must produce Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation and Aadhar card, in order to get admission. For admission to Primary and higher classes, it is compulsory for the students to submit a Transfer Certificate or School Leaving Certificate, e-Punjab school leaving certificate from school last attended along with mark sheet/progress report card. Admission will remain provisional till the documents are submitted.
• Candidates, who come from Educational Boards other than CBSE, must have their School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate duly countersigned by the Board authorities from which they migrate.
• Incomplete registration forms providing incorrect information or students under/over age will automatically stand rejected.
• Conveyance facility is available on request and can be availed if the area falls in the route list of the school.
